Our installation at the St-Fabien plant allows us to smoke meat! For several weeks now, we’ve been testing and trying out the equipment, creating, among other things, a simply delicious naturally smoked bacon. We’ve already started producing breakfast sausages. We’re now running taste tests for sausages to be cooked on the BBQ!
