Description

Defrosting: Immerse the package for 30 minutes in cold water or leave in the refrigerator for 12 to 24 hours.
Frying pan: Sear in the pan on high heat, 2 minutes per side. Add 1/2 cm of liquid to cover the bottom (water, beer, white wine, juice, etc.) Reduce the heat and cover for 8 minutes. Remove the rest of the liquid. Brown for 2 minutes.
